Description

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for cloud‑native and performance management systems. Convert business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams. Work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams building Spring Boot microservices. Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes across Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Support event/performance monitoring initiatives centered on SRE KPIs (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs). Use data analytics insights to refine requirements and enhance decision-making. Apply ABSM principles to improve service assurance and operational outcomes. Manage and optimize business workflows, identifying automation opportunities. Proficiency in ITIL v3/v4 frameworks. Hands-on with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Understanding of SRE metrics and error budgets. Familiarity with ABSM concepts. Exposure to AI/automation in ITSM or requirement analysis. Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CNCF tools.
