Key Responsibilities
Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, observations, and document analysis.
Break down requirements into manageable, value-driven deliveries and define acceptance criteria.
Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business needs.
Collaborate closely with product owners, domain experts, and the development team to clarify, prioritize, and communicate requirements.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, documentation, and requirements management.
Support testing and quality assurance via requirements validation and test case reviews.
Provide guidance on requirements methods to business specialists and stakeholders.
Develop or revise operational processes for the receiving organization.
Team and Tech Stack
Cross-functional agile team including product owner, scrum master, developers, testers, UX designers, and analysts.
Building systems for outage management enabling capacity calculations for the Swedish transmission grid.
Technology: C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Razor Pages, REST, MS SQL
On-premise infrastructure due to high security demands.
Work includes both maintenance and project-based development.
Mandatory Requirements
University degree (at least 120 credits / 180 ECTS) in IT or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience (in the past 10 years) as a Requirements Analyst within IT, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Minimum 3 years of documented experience using requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Requirements Analyst in an agile development team (using methods like User Stories, MVP).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
Desirable Qualifications (with value-added discounting)
Certified/Diploma in Requirements Analysis (e.g., IIBA, Astrakan) – 5% price reduction
At least 2 years of technical requirements experience in complex/high-security IT environments – 10% price reduction
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner – 5% price reduction
At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer – 5% price reduction
At least 2 years of experience in the power systems industry – 5% price reduction
