Job Description We are seeking a detail oriented Requirements / Configuration Engineer to support requirements management and configuration control activities on a complex, large scale infrastructure programme. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements management and or configuration control within design and or construction projects Familiarity with requirements traceability, change control processes, and document management systems Strong analytical and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage Key Responsibilities Manage requirements capture, analysis, tracking, and verification activities Maintain configuration control of project documentation, baselines, and changes Support requirements traceability across design, procurement, and delivery phases Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical requirements Monitor and report on requirement compliance and configuration status Assist in managing change requests and impact assessments across the programme Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
