IN SHORT

We are looking for someone to record and specify development requirements, act as a contact for users, IT, and stakeholders, and serve as the interface between business and IT. The role involves converting user requests into actionable requirements, writing and managing user stories, and improving requirements engineering guidelines. You will support larger IT projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and work closely with application owners, business analysts, and IT project engineers. Additionally, you will organize and conduct functional and user tests.

Responsibilities
  • Recording and specifying further development requirements
  • Contact person for users of certain business processes, IT and other stakeholders
  • Interface between business and IT for managing IT developments
  • Converting user wishes into realisable requirements
  • Writing and managing user stories
  • Developing and improving the guidelines for requirements engineering
  • Supporting larger IT projects through user communication
  • Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders (e.g. business units, steering committee, key users)
  • Active collaboration with the application owner, business analysts and the IT project engineer
  • Organisation and execution of functional and user tests
