Job Title: Requirements Manager (Edgewing) Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role. Job Description: As a Requirements Manager, you'll play a key role in enabling successful programme delivery, providing structure, visibility and governance across complex digital initiatives while helping to shape and mature requirements management practices across the organisation. As Edgewing continues to evolve, you'll also be expected to coordinate activity across a diverse stakeholder community, helping to align priorities, facilitate decision-making and support delivery outcomes. Core duties: Lead the end-to-end management, prioritisation and governance of requirements across digital programmes and initiatives Work with business, architecture, security and delivery teams to ensure requirements are aligned to business objectives and technical standards Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support decision-making across priorities, dependencies and risks Ensure requirements are documented, traceable and managed throughout the delivery lifecycle Support the development and continuous improvement of requirements management processes, frameworks and governance practices Essential Skills: BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent qualification Experience within requirements management, business analysis or digital transformation environments Experience supporting demand management, requirements gathering or process improvement activities Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured requirements Good stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Ability to analyse information and balance business value, delivery considerations and risk The Edgewing Team: By joining Edgewing, you will have a unique opportunity to help shape the company from the ground up — setting the foundations for generations to come, influencing how we work, and helping us build something world-class together.
