  • Performed bank reconciliations, service charge reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting for the OA board and property managers.
  • Supported external audit processes, ensuring timely submission of financial reports, documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinated with facilities management teams, property developers, and community managers to ensure transparent financial operations.
  • Ensured compliance with IFRS, RERA, and applicable local real estate regulations in all accounting processes.
