Pay range $18.00-$21.00 $.75/hr shift differential 2nd shift 3pm- 7pm 3rd shift 7pm- 11pm Position Overview We’re hiring a Final Cut Reroller Operator to join our production team and handle the last stage of the manufacturing process. This role involves customizing customer orders by measuring, cutting, rewinding, and preparing materials for shipment. You’ll work as part of a 2-person team in a clean, low-noise manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Receive rolls from Material Handler and prepare for processing Use hoist and A-frame to manually move materials Cut materials to exact length using roller table and blade Inspect materials for defects and imperfections Rewind finished product, insert PVC core, and stage for palletizing Input order data and print labels using Kenetic system Collaborate with team member to ensure accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and push 25 lbs regularly Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks Basic computer skills for data entry and label printing Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Work Environment Clean, low-noise manufacturing setting Physical role requiring manual handling and equipment setup PPE may be required depending on task The above are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties, responsibilities and requirements of the job described.
