ABOUT THE ROLE

The Resales Specialist (Retail Sales Associate) is a key sales position in our retail stores at The RealReal. As a Resales Specialist, you are goal-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals. You’re client-obsessed, adaptable to change in a “startup” environment, and passionate about sustainable luxury fashion. If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, team environment, this could be the perfect match!

  • Full time positions must have the ability to commit to 40 hours per week and Part time positions must have ability to commit to 25 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAY

  • Drive sales through client engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Provide a high level of service while navigating multiple customer journeys simultaneously
  • Educate clients on The RealReal’s mission of sustainable fashion and business structure
  • Build brand loyalty by delivering a best in class customer experience
  • Outreach daily to existing customers to drive traffic into your retail store
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Support store daily tasks, such as replenishing supplies, replenishing merchandise and maintaining brand standards
