We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Administrator to join our collaborative team, focusing on both active participation in research studies and providing essential administrative support. This dual-role position is designed for an individual who can seamlessly balance hands-on involvement in research activities with the efficient management of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation of research projects within our primary care research team.

As a Research Administrator, you’ll take on a varied and rewarding role that blends administrative support with hands-on involvement in research studies. You’ll help with data collection, support clinical research, liaise with participants, and contribute to exciting health initiatives across our practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the setup and delivery of research studies, including data collection and participant engagement.
  • Assist with pre-screening and recruitment for studies using population health tools.
  • Provide administrative support—booking appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help develop content to promote studies via social media, websites, and patient groups.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and research governance standards.
