YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS
- Exceptional listening and verbal communication skills
- Proficient writing and editing skills with the ability to aid technical experts in developing project descriptions that clearly explain relevant activities
- Strong technical credentials with the ability to understand advanced technologies and processes in all business lines
- Proficiency in programming, particularly in Python, is essential.
- Ability to oversee administrative aspects of a team while focusing effort on more abstract aspects
- Able to work remotely, offering and receiving guidance within specific timeframes
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Masters or doctoral degree in science or engineering.
- Two (2) years of experience working in a research credit or funding capacity
- Familiarity with AEC industry work or experience conducting research in the context of a technical consulting firm is a valuable asset.
- Having a PMP designation or relevant project management experience is advantageous.
