At Isentia, the Research Analyst role is a vital link between complex information and actionable client insights. Based in Manila as a home-based team member, you will join our SEA Report Production department to help our clients make great decisions by providing them with high-quality, timely, and accurate media research reports. Your Mission As a Research Analyst, your primary purpose is to produce world-class client reports that meet rigorous quality standards through efficient research and data application. Quality & Precision: You will ensure comprehensive data coverage, adhering to strict style and formatting requirements while performing self-quality checks (QC) to ensure error-free deliverables. Deadline Driven: You will consistently meet both internal and client deadlines, proactively managing your workflow to avoid preventable delays. Innovation & Improvement: You won't just follow a process; you'll improve it. You will find faster ways to cover data and provide critical feedback on data health to improve system accuracy. Ethical Partnership: You will work closely with Research Managers and cross-functional teams, acting with integrity and professionalism in all internal and external interactions. What You Bring to the Table The Foundation: A degree or postgraduate degree in Communications, Communications Research, Business, or related Social Sciences. Analytical Skills: Excellent reading comprehension and the ability to write and edit effectively in Business English. Market Awareness: 1–2 years of experience in research with a strong grasp of socio-political-economic current events. Technical Chops: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and modern data analysis tools. The Mindset: You are self-motivated, highly organized, and thrive under tight deadlines.
