JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and producing insightful reports on specific policy issues. This role requires strong research skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in policy research, data analysis, or report writing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Experience in government, think tanks, consulting firms, or research institutions is a plus.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support policy recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, white papers, and presentations that summarize research findings and insights.
• Monitor and assess policy changes, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
• Present findings to management, policymakers, or clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality in all research deliverables.
