Job Description Summary World-Check is a database of Politically Exposed Persons and heightened risk individuals and organizations, used around the world to help to identify and handle, , and reputationdidates must be proficient in English and research, monitoring of news, identification of relevant research data. The ability to convey careful analytical judgment and sophisticated information in a concise, , and accessible manner to clients is essential. Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct in-depth investigative research on financial risk, regulatory compliance, and regional security issues. Analyse a wide range of data sources to produce daily structured data and content updates. Maintain a high level of regional risk data by supervising news for relevant developments and potential long-term risks to clients. Widen the scope of team’s coverage through reading & research. Crucial Qualifications: Must possess a keen attention to detail, excellent research, analytical skills and enjoy in-depth investigations to uncover the information. Must be able to write clearly, concisely and objectively. Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multi-task and prioritize optimally in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of political and economic development of Asia Pacific region SCOPE & IMPACT Accountable for the quality of own work, delivered within agreed timeframes and quality standards. Quality of work is delivered within set parameters of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within area of knowledge. Makes recommendations for process improvements to immediate manager. Decisions taken are made within guidelines set by business. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & proficiencies Effectively communicate both internally & externally. Flexible and able to work under pressure while handling tasks A great teammate who will work with others to get the job done Customer focused Able to embrace to changing needs and requirements Ability to work with different personalities and groups Understanding of Financial Risk Markets/ NEWS / Current happenings and detail oriented.
