Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB The Analytical Resource Center (ARC) is the analytical hub of NielsenIQ “Innovation”, “Design & Ad” and “Line & Price” Businesses. From its base in Mumbai, India, ARC acts as a key support function by partnering with Client Consulting (CC) teams across offices around the world and delivering in-depth insights on existing and new FMCG product ideas. Since we work for Global teams, This role is specifically supporting North America team. we are looking out for people comfortable with the 2PM – 11PM Shift. Job Summary - To assist with the execution of marketing research studies by compiling, analysing, and interpreting research data, including building presentations and writing client reports. Role Description: Participate in creating research reports, including the production of data tables and charts Analysing and summarizing the data to answer client questions and provide meaningful recommendations. Review data for errors and inconsistencies Co-ordinate with multiple project members/ teams for issue solving, query solving, and keeping a track of project timelines Interact and partner with global client consulting teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects Work on Meta-analysis/databases or other Value Additions as required. Qualifications Typical Position Pre-requisites: Post-Graduate with a specialization in Marketing Comfortable with the US supporting shift timing (2PM - 11PM IST) Good Practical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Good understanding of Market Research Strong Analytical, Consultative and Customer Service skills Effective oral and written communication skills Knowledge of New Product Development Research preferred A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Strong communication skills will help you present your findings to global teams in a most effective way. The analytical bent of mind will guide to analyze different sets of data. Intellectual curiosity and persistence will help find solutions to most of the challenges. Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast paced business environment is the need of the hour.
