Job Description NielsenIQ Customer Success Team is a modern service team transforming the way we serve our clients with top-notch tools. We are the key link between NIQ and clients. Our service and delivery is the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and service. As part of the Industry Insights team, you will be executing projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. You will also be managing the client relationship for Accounts you own. Responsibilities •Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs •Analyze and interpret sales data and retail audit data •Draft reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue based) building a story and finalizing conclusions and proposes recommendations •Review data for errors and inconsistencies •Use internal tools and data sources •Prepare client correspondence •Attend client meetings and presentations over the phone, virtually and in person •Discuss analysis design to best answer client questions with Client Business Partner/client with the support of Senior team members •Propose calculation of Quantified Business Opportunity About you You’ll be able to execute projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. Qualifications ●Good understanding of FMCG industry and trends ●0-2 years of experience in Analytics and/or industry experience ●Good interpersonal skills – ability to develop relationships internally and at the client organization ●Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
