Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to contribute to fresh perspectives. Exceptional research and analytical skills—comfortable navigating LinkedIn Recruiter, industry reports, organizational charts, and other talent intelligence tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Curiosity about leadership, organizational structures, and global business trends, with a willingness to explore unfamiliar industries. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn from experienced global recruiters and researchers.
