The Research Analyst will support our scientists and product developers by turning complex technical data into actionable insights. This person will play a key role in structuring data, building models, and synthesizing scientific literature into user-friendly knowledge systems that enhance decision-making in NPD.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning (Python, R, or similar).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
• Interest in food science, plant-based products, or consumer health & sustainability.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of technical information into concise, actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Collect, organize, and analyze technical data (e.g., ingredient specifications, experimental results, sensory studies, market research).
• Leverage machine learning, data visualization, and statistical tools to identify patterns and generate insights for product innovation.
• Build and maintain the company’s Technical Knowledge Hub, enabling easy access to research learnings for cross-functional teams.
• Support scientists by conducting structured literature reviews, benchmarking competitors, and compiling technical reports.
• Develop dashboards, tools, and models to support NPD decision-making.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Operations to ensure data and insights are aligned with project goals.
