We are seeking a Research Analyst to join a growing Family Office based in Sliema. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers on investment strategy and portfolio management across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, funds, and alternative investments. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial and qualitative research on companies, sectors, funds, and markets. Prepare investment reports, summaries, and presentations for internal discussions and portfolio reviews. Monitor existing investments and assess performance against benchmarks and objectives. Support the evaluation of private equity, venture capital, and real estate opportunities. Maintain and update internal databases, models, and investment dashboards. Liaise with external fund managers, analysts, and advisors to collect insights and data. Assist in developing asset allocation strategies and periodic market outlooks. Stay abreast of macroeconomic and geopolitical trends affecting portfolio performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline (Master’s or CFA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in investment research, asset management, or family office settings. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel, Bloomberg, or equivalent). Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. A motivated self-starter with a strong interest in long-term investment strategy.
