POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Senior Research Director of the Connectivity & Devices Group, the successful candidate will lead our research initiatives on Smart Living and Consumer Technologies, with a particular focus on AI and connectivity innovations that are transforming these sectors. Beyond simply tracking products, you’ll explore how enabling technologies are fundamentally reshaping human-technology interactions, driving the evolution from device-centric implementations toward seamless, ambient intelligent smart-living environments. This position entails tight interactions with the industry to collect premium insights through interviews, surveys, and primary research, while creating high-value analysis spanning the entire value chain from component suppliers to solution providers to end-users.   • Home care, personal companion, and other consumer robotics

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical capabilities with both quantitative and qualitative research skills
  • Results-driven approach with proven ability to deliver high-quality deliverables on deadline
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends and market opportunities through industry engagement
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Excel
  • Experience in product management, market research, or industry analysis preferred
  • Familiarity with smart living technologies, including connectivity standards, AI applications, CPEs, and smart home ecosystems is preferred but not required
  • Background in analytics, business analysis, or technology preferred
