THE ROLE:

We are seeking an R&D / Formulation Chemist to utilise their creativity and technical knowledge in formulating new products, improving existing formulations and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. This is a great opportunity for all experience levels to get exposure to a vast range of different products across high end cosmetic and personal care, over the counter therapeutic and veterinary products.

THE ROLE:

Development of new products from formulation to commercialisation.
Process and formulation development and improvement for existing products.
Technical troubleshooting and support to our production teams.
Perform validation and testing of formulations to ensure stability and efficacy.
Preparation of reports and documenting results of tests and analyses.
Preparation of pilot batch and scale up of lab batching.
Implementation of standards as required by TGA, APVMA, ACO and GMP.
