U.S. Citizen Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in DoD or IC programs Active TS/SCI with willingness to complete a CI Polygraph Experience working with EO/IR sensor data Strong knowledge of space-based EO/IR sensor phenomenology Proficiency in using high-fidelity IR signature modeling applications Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced R&D environment Strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and departments, while also being self-sufficient when needed Advanced experience in GEOINT processing research and development Extensive experience with DoD EO/IR sensor data Expertise in modeling and simulating advanced foreign weapon systems' signatures 6+ years of relevant experience in the field Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
