We are seeking a proactive and experienced Research and Development Executive - Business Evaluation to manage projects aimed at improving the customer shopping experience. You will lead project teams, utilize CRM systems, communicate with clients, and drive continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage customer satisfaction projects focused on the shopping experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and reporting project progress.
• Use CRM systems to track customer interactions and feedback.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Prepare client reports with actionable insights to improve customer experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on customer feedback.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and ensure successful delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
• MS Word Experience (Required)
• MS Excel Experience (Required)
• Any Project Management Software (Required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and CRM skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
