This leader will collaborate with various teams to execute R&D projects effectively.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Project Management or certifications are a plus.
• At least 10 years in R&D, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in culinary innovation, product development, and project management.
• Experience in managing complex projects, especially in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Expertise in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
