ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s in one of the following fields Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in research and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, sector.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects.
  • knowledge of industry regulations
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Understanding of R&D methodologies, statistical tools, and experimental design.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Muti-lingual, must be able to speak Near native English and Hindi

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in, formulation development
  • Familiarity with funding applications, grants, and innovation incentives in the UK.
  • Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as MHRA, USFDA, EMA (for pharmaceutical sector roles).

JOB PURPOSE:

The Research and Development (R&D) Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, and coordinating research projects within the organization.
