At Phillip Riley we are looking for an experienced Research and Development Manager in NSW
As our Research and Development Manager you will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate research and development activities within an organisation.

Some of your main tasks will be:

  • Develops and implements research project strategies, priorities and targets to support commercial and policy developments
  • Work with other departmental staff to identify greatest research and development targets and priorities.
  • Work within a budget to decide which research and development projects are most worthwhile for the overall benefit to be gained by the organisation. Leads major research projects and coordinates activities of other research workers
  • Assesses the benefits and monitors the costs and effectiveness of research and development activities
  • Interprets results of research projects, and recommends associated product and service development innovations
  • Provides advice on research and development options available to the organisation
  • Monitors leading-edge developments in relevant disciplines and assesses implications for the organisation
  • May publish results of significant research projects

  • 2 years experience similar role is required.
    Full Time - $87,500 - $107,500 + Superannuation
