As Research and Development Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for developing formulations for wheat grists, flour ingredients, and flour blending and ensuring that they are tracked and monitored for further adjustments as needed and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing the organization’s research and development policies and controlling new product development processes. You will also establish R&D and performance metrics and standards, procedures, and verification/validation controls in order to meet business goals and requirements, as well as identify and implement process improvements. This position reports to the Director of National Operations.
