BASIC QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
• At least 1-year experience as Research and Development Officer or equivalent position
• Must be willing to work extended hours
• Must be willing to work on weekend and holidays
• Willing to work onsite at Kapitolyo Pasig, City
• Availability to start ASAP is a plus

  Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month

• Lead key projects with R&D to support business objectives.
• Develops research programs that include current developments to improve existing products and explore the potential of new products.
• Understanding customer expectations for future products to be manufactured. Identify and implement advanced techniques used by suppliers, competitors, and customers.
• Establish project goals and priorities in collaboration with Marketing and Operations.
• Transfer of new technologies, products, and production processes in and out of the company. Research, design and evaluation of materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
• Recommend training tools to develop employee performance and skills.
• Track team metrics and goals to ensure goals are met.
• Document all research and development phases.
• Establishes and maintains test procedures to evaluate raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Monitor complex research projects, analyze results, and make recommendations based on results.
• Assess the scope of research projects and ensure they are on time and within budget.
• Attend industry conferences on interesting research topics
