Description Position Summary: The Research and Records Administrator is expected to manage the research requests that come to SSB&T along with processing any research for subpoenas, garnishments, levies, and any other records requests. The Research and Records Administrator will maintain a close relationship with the Bank’s Attorney as well as Branch Operations Officers and Branch Presidents when working on research and records requests. Responsibilities: Promote and emulate SSB&T Core Values Maintains electronic records of any research request. Maintains electronic records of any legal records requests. Communicate professionally with the Bank’s Attorney on all legal records requests. Communicate as necessary with outside requestors and attorneys. Report directly to the Senior VP Operations. Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be very detail oriented and able to perform research within given time frames. Must be able to communicate professionally with internal and external sources. Must possess proficient technical and computer skills. Must be able to multi-task and manage projects through completion. High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Some college experience preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in a financial services company preferred.
