State Partnerships and Initiatives: Support the VP of State Partnerships and Initiatives as they develop and execute comprehensive state-level strategies to expand E@W’s programmatic footprint, emphasizing deep work-based learning integration across high school and post-secondary levels. Conduct research and design presentations to support the design, iteration, and implementation of new, scalable WBL models that align E@W’s offerings with state education and workforce needs and funding streams. Develop presentations, work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the work of E@W executive relationships (both new and developing) with State Education Agencies (SEAs), State Workforce Boards, Higher Education governing bodies, and key philanthropic organizations in priority states. Join teams for writing and submitting proposals for new opportunities. Program Operation and Implementation Support: Support senior leaders at meetings (virtual and in-person) through email communication with appropriate follow-up, with insight into program goals and requirements, with a keen focus on the New Mexico High School Summer Enrichment Internship Program. Work collaboratively with Program Staff to plan and support events critical to the success of programs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills. Outstanding critical thinking ability, including complex problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, prioritization, and research skills. Advanced collaboration skills, including teamwork, interpersonal communication skills, and team leadership, and the ability to work with virtual teams. Functions well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient with Google and Microsoft tools, Google Slides, and Canva. Project Management capabilities a plus.
