Position Summary:
The McGill FMER Group is seeking a trustworthy and highly motivated Research Assistant to support the current and future research projects in family medicine education scholarship included in the group research agenda. This role involves assisting, when necessary, ALL the researchers of the group with the preparation of research proposals, data collection and analysis, and development of research reports and other publications. The ideal candidate would hold academic training in health professions education, family medicine education in particular, demonstrate strong organizational skills, intellectual honesty, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in the very dynamic academic environment offered by the FMER.
