We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will assist Principal Investigator in the research project “Effectiveness of group-based nonviolent communication interventions for improving mental well-being in parents: a randomised controlled trial”. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Liaising with community centres; Recruiting participants and collecting data; Assisting in conducting intervention and in-depth interviews; Performing quantitative or qualitative data analysis; Drafting final report and dissemination report; and Providing other research-related assistance. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in public health, nursing, social science, or related disciplines; those with more experience in coordinating research projects, and or with a Master’s degree may be considered for appointment as Research Assistant I; Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analyses would be advantageous; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, able to work independently.
