Overview The Research Assistant II will collect, organize, and maintain research data; assist with preparing data for analysis for research projects; coordinate with program staff to recruit subjects for research protocols; and provide clinical interventions under supervision per research protocols. Responsibilities 1. Prepare materials for and conduct baseline observations. Interview and conduct intervention sessions with subjects.2. Schedule and coordinate the flow of subjects for behavioral observation, interviews, data collection and intervention while maintaining confidentiality according to research protocol.3. Participate in the identification and recruitment of eligible subjects for the research project.4. Collect measures according to research protocol from subjects, subjects’ family, and clinical staff at designated intervals. This includes videotaping during baseline, treatment, and follow-up as well as collection of physiological data according to protocol.5. Provide clinical interventions according to research protocol.6. Assist with data reduction and enter data into databases. Assist with training of new staff in regards to data collection procedures.7. Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of supplies required for implementation of research protocols.8. Assist with maintenance of resource files of professional literature and educational materials.9. Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when working with subjects. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:• Must maintain up-to-date status in company-provided in-service topics required by and according to the timeline established by the department.• Clinical Practicum in the implementation of research protocols preferred EDUCATION:• Bachelor’s degree required• Master’s degree in Psychology preferred EXPERIENCE:Previous related research experience required. Minimum pay range USD $40,043.12/Yr. Maximum pay range USD $66,204.53/Yr.
