Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) preferably two two three years of work experience at tertiary institutions; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (v) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; (vi) the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members; and (vii) proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.), and Chinese word-processing. Prior experience in postgraduate programme administration and management will be advantageous. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Junior Research Assistant. The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in office administration and project management; (b) providing support in administration, management, and organisation of events and activities for postgraduate programmes; and (c) performing other duties as assigned. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for two years commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
