• maintaining of web-based disease maps developed within the department
• development of computational pipelines, web-interfaces and analysis tools for disease maps
• exploring AI-based methods for automated curation and development of large-scale biomedical networks
• writing, publishing, and presenting scientific results
• assisting with scientific organisation of the project
• organising and conducting scientific events
• supervising of Bachelor- and Master students as part of the project
