Responsibilities
participation in the Volkswagen Foundation-funded Momentum project “TeSAR” to explore the chemical universe
chemo- and bioinformatic characterization of enzymes from the transferase family with regard to the respective substrate spectrum
prediction of transferase substrates using chemoinformatic and machine learning methods
close collaboration with the biochemically working postdoc in the selection and expression of transferases
further development of a web service for the prediction of possible transferase substrates and products
scientific services in research and teaching, in particular the supervision of students in the pharmacy curriculum
This is a project position that is not limited according to § 2, 1 WissZeitVG.
