Description
The Department of Psychiatry in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Research Assistant. This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 12 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.
The clinical research program focuses on understanding the neurophysiological and neurobiological underpinnings of psychiatric disorders in healthy individuals and individuals with neurological conditions. The research program is under the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences and is based at the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary, Alberta. This program strives to provide children and adults with mental health disorders and neurological conditions access to innovative technology and therapeutic interventions to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Patients and their families are at the core of the program and play a crucial role in all aspects of project design, implementation, and knowledge mobilization.
