Description
The Department of Psychiatry is looking for Research Assistant(s) / Junior Research Assistant(s) to assist in studies of dementia, mental health and caregiver wellbeing. Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, Health Science, Social Work or related disciplines; (ii) experience in epidemiological or psychological studies; and (iii) good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility. Skills of literature review, questionnaire design (e.g., Qualtrics), interview, and data management (e.g., SPSS) are preferred. The appointee(s) will be responsible for various tasks in quantitative and qualitative studies. Duties include (a) literature review; (b) communication with participants and external partners (including field visit); (c) document preparation (e.g., questionnaire design); (d) data collection (e.g., participant interview); and (e) data management and cleaning. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for one year commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
