Job Position Research Assistant – Electrical & Electronics Engineering Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Research Assistant specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering to support the development of a multi-camera system. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and prototyping the hardware, firmware, and software of a multi-camera control system. The tasks include: ·        Design, assembly, and configuration of electronic components ·        Install and integrate cameras, microcontrollers, and other hardware elements into prototype ·        Conduct functional testing ·        Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software developers, mechanical engineers, and researchers. ·        Document experimental setups, test results, and troubleshooting procedures. ·        Support iterative development Required/Desired Skills ·        Proficient in using electronic tools such as soldering stations ·        Proficient in microcontroller programming environments (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi). ·        Familiar with CAD software and electronics simulation tools. ·        Knowledge of signal processing and sensor calibration techniques. ·        Familiarity with camera SDKs and APIs (e.g., FLIR, Basler, IDS). ·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Required/Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
