About the program/department/team
The Diversity Institute (DI) conducts and coordinates multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder research to address the needs of diverse Canadians, the changing nature of skills and competencies, and the policies, processes and tools that advance economic inclusion and success. DI’s action-oriented, evidence-based approach is advancing knowledge of the complex barriers faced by underrepresented groups, leading practices to effect change, and producing concrete results. The opportunity
The Diversity Institute is currently recruiting Research Assistants who will provide professional assistance to the Diversity Institute’s Research Team.
Successful candidates will support literature review, policy analysis, statistical analysis, and execution of academic and customized research in collaboration with the City of Toronto. The RA will be closely working with Dr. Daniel Tut as well as the Research Team at the Diversity Institute. The Research Assistant’s role will include some or all of the following common research activities (activities will be commensurate with qualifications):
