Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant to join our dynamic food science research team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Ph.D. in a related field, with a strong background in food analysis, food chemistry, and the capability to process metabolomics data. Able to employ various metabolites software to identify and analyze MS data. As a Research Assistant, you will play a vital role in conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in developing innovative solutions in the field of food science. The Research Assistant will work closely with a team of experienced scientists and have access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources.
