Responsibilities You will be responsible to: mobilize the communities to play an effective role in promoting the practices related to maternal and neonatal child health, identify the areas of need for MNH promotion and education within the targeted communities Conduct survey to identify the research staff for the formation of health committees Prepare periodic workplans and progress reports for all activities and share with the line manager Provide assistance in smooth implementation though teams Supervise and, monitor field activities in covered and uncovered areas Validation of field activities that is female support group meetings, female and group sessions Conduct trainings of the project staff and refresher on need basis Design research instruments Strengthen the referral mechanism from community to MNH sites and Emergency Transport Fund System Ensure that village health Committees provide full support to the stall in all activities Support training and capacity building activities including to facilitate the identification and set up of the training venues, logistical aspects for the same along with the technical offers Coordinate with local government representative Check daily, weekly and monthly meetings at district level Participate with staff in monthly meetings at district level Requirements You should have: a Bachelors or MBBS; Masters will be preferred at least two years year of relevant experience preferably in community settings/hospital or research facility excellent interpersonal skills particularly communication skills proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Word and excel ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively ability to work effectively in teams and resilience to cope-up with work pressure excellent communication and report writing skills willingness to work in community setting and travel as per work requirements. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
