Research Associate as PostDoc (m/f/d) or PhD student (m/f/d) in the field of bioinformatics
The Institute of Bioanalytics at Coburg University of Applied Sciences is seeking to fill a temporary position on imaging analysis using eXplainable AI. The project comprises the analysis of imaging data and the development of explainable AI models. The aim is to improve AI detection of specific objects. Here, the application of different analysis tools and their visualization and processing is a main focus.

• Analysis of imaging datasets
• Implementation of AI models using PyTorch, Tensorflow2 or R alternatives
• Application and creation of R and Python scripts for analysis and statistical evaluation
