This a grant funded contractual position. Responsibilities You will be responsible to: Supervise and monitor day-to-day research and field activities across three facilities and community, ensuring smooth implementation of study protocols; oversee enrolment of participants of the study, ensuring proper adherence to the inclusion criteria; conduct regular field visits for monitoring, quality assurance, and auditing of study activities in line with SOPs and research guidelines; provide training and capacity-building sessions for field staff and data collectors to ensure adherence to protocols and high-quality data collection; ensure accurate, timely and complete entry/uploading of data by data-collectors/field staffs; coordinate with government departments, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to facilitate research implementation; contribute to the development of research proposals, protocols, and study tools where required; identify operational challenges in the field and proactively recommend practical solutions to ensure uninterrupted project implementation; monitor and report the hospital / mortality surveillance; monitor and report on the disease surveillance from non-project facilities (private and public sectors, and NGOs); prepare and present weekly, fortnightly and monthly project reports and presentations for the progress of study being carried out; ensure compliance with ethical standards (including proper filing of consent forms), regulatory requirements, and organizational policies throughout the study lifecycle; any other official responsibility assigned by the management. Requirements You should have: MBBS/BDS/BScN/Masters in any relevant field or equivalent; 1-2 years of related work experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player; good writing skills; basic Knowledge of survey and other research designs; data collection, analysis and interpretation in terms of report writing and biostatics; willingness to travel to field sites. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
