This is a grant-funded contractual position. Responsibilities You will be responsible to support the Research Specialist (RS) CoE to facilitate the effective implementation, conduct and evaluation of CoE programs and ensures that programs are adhering to ethical, medical and humanitarian principles. You will be responsible for: Perform all field activities at all field sites in Secondary hospitals; coordinate with staff working at field sites for the completion of task within the stipulated timelines; coordinate with the relevant stakeholders at Secondary hospitals for carrying out project activities smoothly; ensure the completeness, proper entry and archiving of the CRFs and / or questionnaires; provide training to the project staff at multiple field sites; prepare and present weekly, fortnightly and monthly project reports and presentations for the progress of study; actively work on proposal development of research studies; perform any other task assigned by supervisor. Requirements You should have: MBBS/BScN/Masters in any relevant field or equivalent; 1-2 years of related work experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player; good writing skills; basic Knowledge of survey and other research designs; data collection, analysis and interpretation in terms of report writing and biostatics; strong interpersonal skills and communication; smart user of Gadgets; willingness to work on field sites and secondary hospitals; have valid passport and willing to travel. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
