This is a grant-funded contractual position. Responsibilities You will be responsible to support the Research Specialist (RS) CoE to facilitate the effective implementation, conduct and evaluation of CoE programs and ensures that programs are adhering to ethical, medical and humanitarian principles. You will be responsible for: supporting RS in development of research instruments for the project according to their objectives ensuring the validity of data collected from the field independently conducting interviews and preparing detailed notes on interviews ensuring proper collection of specimen as per the provided guidelines assisting the supervisor in visiting field sites to brief them about the study purpose assisting the field team for monitoring all the data collectors, field workers and CHW’s at the respective field sites to maintain quality control of data following and ensuring the field implementation of project related SOPs / guidelines as defined in the research project. assisting supervisors in carrying out day to day work on the field preparing and presenting weekly project related activity reports. Requirements You should have: a BSCN/Masters in Arts / Masters in Science or any other relevant degree atleast two years of experience in community research. timely and reliable communication with internal team members the ability to provide support to RS in regular written progress/performance reports on projects to the directors integrity and strong research ethics excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and verbal communication in local languages strong computer and interpersonal skills the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively the ability to work in a teams and resilience the ability to cope with work pressure willing to work in the communities/field sites good Computer and Report Writing Skills. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
