(DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Research Associate to conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in research methodologies. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively. Key Responsibilities Billing & Accounts Processing Conduct research and collect data from multiple sources. Analyze and summarize findings accurately. Prepare research reports for internal and external use. Compliance & Reporting Assist in the preparation of research reports for management review. Ensure research complies with organizational policies and standards. Support audits and data verification processes. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with research, finance, and operations teams. Ensure research procedures align with company policies and industry standards. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Research, Analytics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in research, data analysis, or related roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related research. Familiarity with statistical or research software. Core Competencies Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensure research integrity and accuracy. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members. Problem-Solving: Address research challenges proactively. Time Management: Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
