The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is the academic department of the University to support wide range of in-patient and outpatient care services pertinent to general obstetrics and gynaecology inlcuding lactation consultancy, family planning and parenting education. In addition to the core services, department also caters to wide range of specialised services of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynaecologic Oncology, Urogynaecology and Pediatrics & Adolescent gynaecology. The department also offers formal post graduate training programs of residency and fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynaecology and Gynaecologic Oncology. This is a grant-funded contractual position. Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: design, plan, and conduct research activities independently or as part of a team perform data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation using appropriate quantitative or qualitative methods conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesise relevant research findings contribute to the preparation of manuscripts, technical reports, conference papers and grant proposals collaborate with the research manager and principal investigator for the research project. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: You should have: master’s degree in health, education or a relevant field certification in ECD parenting minimum two years’ experience in a healthcare-based ECD parenting education programme experience in qualitative data collection and analysis experience with grant writing, project budgeting or stakeholder engagement familiarity with ethical review processes and data management protocols publications in peer-reviewed journals or prior experience presenting at conferences strong organisational and leadership skills.
