REQUIREMENTS

  • MLO/HLO degree or equivalent; relevant industry internship experience considered an advantage.
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting according to established procedures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality results and familiarity with operating under a quality system.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Background in logistics and proficiency with logistics software and supply chain management are strong assets.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and effective English communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and variable workloads, with a service-oriented approach.

Our

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding requests and updates, working together to achieve shared objectives.
  • Report critical batches to the CMC inventory.
  • Maintain the CMC inventory and handle issuance of batches to requesters.
  • Optimize and improve logistics operations to promote efficient and timely delivery of requested materials and services.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain precise records and process incoming and outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly and effectively.
