Job Description Research Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Help prepare/design preclinical formulations (drug delivery) Perform solution and solid state chemistry characterization experiments Conduct instrument maintenance and preparation of routine laboratory reagents (i.e.,buffers) Help with shipping and ordering lab supplies Perform protein and small molecule stability characterization studies Qualifications The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities: Experience with instrumental methods such as HPLC/UPLC, and solution and solid-state characterization Team oriented, dependable, and a self-starter Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable and with a positive attitude Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in biochemistry, chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or other related degree concentration 1-2 years of industry and/or academic research experience Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information 📅 Schedule & Location Employment Type: Full-time Shift: 1st Shift — Monday to Friday Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Location: San Diego, CA 🎁 Benefits Package Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision options Insurance: Life and disability insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match Time Off: Paid vacation and holidays #LI-EB1 Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
