Conducting research within the framework of the Collaborative Research Centre SFB 1340 "In vivo visualization of pathological changes in the extracellular matrix – Matrix in Vision", subproject C02 (Biochemical analysis, elemental imaging)
Your qualifications
Successfully completed university degree (Master's/Diploma) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Chemistry or a comparable field.
A PhD is desirable.
Knowledge of analytical chemistry, especially elemental analysis and mass spectrometry including sample preparation
Sound knowledge and practical experience in quantitative trace analysis using chromatographic and spectrometric methods are required.
Knowledge of quality management is an advantage.
Experience with biological matrices is an advantage.
Experience in presenting and publishing research results
Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary projects is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English skills; good German skills are an advantage.
Good communication and information skills, goal-oriented and structured work style, initiative/commitment, teamwork and cooperation skills, as well as conceptual, strategic and innovative thinking skills.
